$100 Million To Aid CxP Employee Transition

Transition to what the unemployment line? Sounds like a veiled attempt to make a few grumpy employees and unhappy constituents (IE Voters) happy.

We don't want hand-outs Mr. President. We want jobs. That use to be a priority of yours until Healthcare, and then financial reform, and then a new Supreme Court justice, and then Don't Ask Don't Tell, and than immigration reform, and then the oil spill. When will it be your priority? If you're so worried about saving money and putting the nation on a sustainable course, then get the heck out of Iraq and Afganistan and spend those 10's of billions a MONTH on the US. We could be energy independent AND on the moon in a few years with that kind of swag invested here in the good old USA.

"Create jobs in the aerospace industry" Is this some kind of bad joke? Planet earth is blue and there's nothing I can do....

Does anyone know if the $100M is coming out of the existing 2011 budgets submit to NASA? Or is it an additional $100M?
